His work as a partner at PwC Consulting earned him the Chairman’s Client Service award in his dealings with some of the firm’s largest clients. Ken Morris is a well-respected industry thought leader with more than 40 years’ experience in retail technology. He has held IT leadership positions at leading retail companies and his consulting expertise has helped hundreds of retailers solve business and IT problems. Prior to founding Boston Retail Partners, Ken was CEO and President of LakeWest Group and founder of CFT Consulting and CFT Systems, a retail software company. Earlier in his career, he held retail information technology executive positions at Lord & Taylor, Filene’s (Macy’s), Talbots, Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, and Sears. His retail expertise covers the strategy, selection, development and deployment of retail management systems and processes.

Jack McKinney is an experienced retail IT executive with expertise in all areas of retail technology and business alignment. Jack has held positions as CIO at Destination XL Group, SVP MIS at Casual Male Corp, vice president of MIS at Auto Palace, and senior vice president of MIS at J. Baker. He is proficient in strategy, organization building, project governance, system evaluation and selection, implementations, omni-channel deployments and cloud-based installations.

Scott Langdoc

Scott Langdoc has 28 years of management and technology experience, including as a retail and hospitality IT executive, store systems vendor technology leader, industry strategy consultant, and global market research analyst. Scott has held retail and non-retail CIO positions, including Raley’s Supermarkets, PDQuick, and USCS International. He was CTO at retail vendors Fujitsu Retail and ParTech, Inc. He ran the retail industry practices at AMR Research (acquired by Gartner) and founded both IDC’s global retail practice and the strategic consultancy firm RetailCENTRIC. He specializes in strategic planning, cloud transitions, N-channel technology architectures, customer-facing systems, food safety, and consumer engagement.

Sachin Shah

Sachin Shah has 20 years of international and domestic experience building brand and equity value for key stakeholders across multiple cultures utilizing market research, analytics, technology and process engineering. He has extensive experience working across all business groups to create strategic and executable plans that produce a consumer centric experience. In addition to strategic and merchandising roles at Vera Bradley, Target and Lake West Group, Sachin most recently gained entrepreneurial experience by launching a startup salon company.

John Rohland

John Rohland has more than 30 years of retail information technology leadership experience with several key retailer organizations such as: The Home Depot; Burger King; BJ’s Wholesale Club; and Tractor Supply. John has focused on building strategies that are customer focused but align with the corporate objectives. John specializes in the product selection, integration, and implementation of in-store; mobile, fuel, quick service and payment solutions.

Jeff Neville

Jeff_NevilleJeff is a business focused technology strategist with a passion for generating company results through process change and technology innovation. His experience includes both managing e-Commerce and SaaS businesses and consulting with clients on their growth strategies, business and operating models, customer and market strategies. Jeff also has extensive experience in helping IT and Engineering organizations make the transition to agile development and DevOps methodologies.

Jeff’s combination of consulting and operating experiences in North America, the EU and China enables him to bring a unique perspective to business challenges when partnering with his clients.

Marty Whitmore

MartyWhitmoreBWMarty Whitmore is a Vice President for Boston Retail Partners and is aligned with the BRP Strategy Practice where his broad customer and product experiences can be applied to a variety of clients and engagements. Prior to joining BRP, he was the Vice President Product Solutions and Services at Starmount. Previously, he spent 20+ years with the TJX as Senior Vice President Global Infrastructure Services and Vice President Global Store Systems. Marty enjoys spending time with his wife, five children and eight grandchildren, getting on the golf course whenever he can, and is an avid Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins fan.

Paul Valle

He has extensive experience with IT strategy and transformation, business intelligence systems, ERP systems, data privacy, POS networks, operations management, and strategic solutions selection and deployment. He also held IT leadership positions at Rainforest Cafe and Ryan’s Family Steak Houses. Paul was awarded IBM’s BI Vision Award for Strategy Execution, and made InfoWorld’s 25 Best CTOs and CRN’s Top 100 Mid-market CIOs.

Mark Schultz

His retail experience centers on the analysis, evaluation, selection, integration and enhancement of large-scale ERP systems for numerous hard-line and soft-line retailers. Mark’s application experience includes merchandising, planning, allocation, replenishment, price optimization, store systems, business intelligence, customer relationship management and finance.

David Russo

Her experience spans across all retail models including department stores, mass merchants, big box and specialty stores, grocery, drug, off-price, multi-channel, and e-commerce business models.

Perry Kramer

kramer-perryPerry Kramer is a leader in retail information technology, with more than 20 years of extensive experience across several types of retailers, including department stores and specialty retailers. In addition to VP and leadership positions with retailers, he has held the CIO position with a technology company and was co-chairman of the Association for Retail Technology Standards (ARTS) board of directors. Throughout his career, Perry has managed selection and implementation projects within store systems, logistics, finance, HCM, e-commerce and merchandising.

Hunter Harris

Hunter Harris-BWHunter has 20 years of experience assisting retailers achieve improved performance through strategy development, operations improvement and business process reengineering enabled by information technology. His experience includes large-scale transformation projects spanning demand planning, core merchandising and supply chain optimization. Hunter has managed projects in multiple retail lines. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University.

Ryan Grogman

Ken Belanger

Ken is a seasoned IT professional with more than 25 years in areas of retail sales, business development, strategic alliances and client management roles. Ken is responsible for Sales in the Southeastern US focusing on expanding BRP’s solutions, consulting skills and relationships.

Prior to joining BRP, Ken was a Sr. Sales Executive at Mi9 Retail, JDA Software and Diebold Nixdorf and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Aptos.

Ken has extensive experience in creating value around all aspects of the retail enterprise and store solutions along with a solid reputation with retailers for his customer-focused approach.

Anthony Scardino

Scardino-TonyAnthony has 20 years of experience in complex technology sales, account management, marketing and new business development. Prior to joining BRP he was at MICROS-Retail and Torex USA specializing in store systems, loss prevention and merchandise planning & allocation technologies. He also has extensive experience with network, systems and application fault & performance management solutions for global enterprises and Telco/service provider environments. He has successfully contributed to high growth start-ups as well as large software companies.

David Naumann


David has more than 20 years of experience marketing to retail and hospitality companies. His broad marketing experience is focused on designing and executing successful strategic marketing plans, demand generation, public relations and branding through customer-centric messaging. He has significant experience marketing retail technology and services with an emphasis on POS systems.

Kathleen Fischer

fischer-kathleenKathleen brings more than 20 years of retail experience to BRP, having worked with a number of retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, J.Crew, L.L. Bean, and Sports Authority in marketing, store systems and operations, and public relations both as a retailer and a consultant. She has been a member of the team surveying retailers and analyzing responses to BRP’s industry-leading POS Benchmarking Survey since its inception more than a decade ago.

Mike Dougherty
