This family owned and operated tool retailer’s advantage against major competitors—its customer focus and huge inventory—was at risk due to aging POS systems and poor data sharing. They needed to move quickly toward a unified commerce model to meet evolving customer expectations and effectively coordinate their marketing efforts.
BRP was brought in to assess the retailer’s systems and to help evaluate options for POS, mobile, order management, customer analytics, and promotions. Its proven RFP creation and vendor response management led to the selection and then implementation of ideal solutions across the board.
BRP’s selection and implementation of multiple systems provided this client with a powerful new unified commerce approach to serving customers and managing customer data. Their systems now include Micros Xstore, Locate, Relate, and MiStore, with new hardware components throughout the chain.
