Design Center Improvements
This large privately held single-family home builder provides their homebuyers with excellent service, with a particular focus on their experience at its design centers. When they felt it needed to upgrade its design centers with better technology and processes, they turned to BRP for help.
BRP reviewed and analyzed the existing process at the design centers with two key goals in mind: improve the customer experience and increase overall efficiency. They applied retail techniques and technology, adding digital floor plan templates, digital product catalogs, and QR barcodes to the mix.
By implementing BRP’s recommendations for technical and process improvements, the client was able to completely redesign the experience for home buyers in its design centers. Revenue increased, as did customer satisfaction. Customers chose exactly the options they needed, and in less time than it took before the improvements.
