- Individuals and interactions OVER processes and tools
In an Agile Approach, the emphasis is on teamwork and communication. Valuing people more highly than processes or tools is easy to understand because it is the people who respond to business needs and drive the development process. While processes and tools are key to developing software, they should never usurp the value of the people on your team. The Agile Manifesto values documentation, but it values working software more.
