POS Enhancements and Implementation
This variety store chain needed to identify opportunities for modifying its new POS system before working toward implementing it throughout its more than 6,000 locations. With such a massive set of project phases, they would also need support in order to roll the new system out successfully.
BRP reviewed the client’s existing POS system, defining requirements, developing specifications and interface modifications, and analyzing current store procedures and controls. They also prepped for the massive rollout by completing projects ranging from data conversion to systems and integration testing to process training and change management
BRP crafted and implemented a deployment plan that would prepare the infrastructure to support and actually facilitate the rollout of the new POS system. Each of the thousands of stores would benefit immediately from the upgrades and functionality enhancements upon going live.
