POS Evaluation and Selection
As the world’s leading retailer of educational toys, this retailer had a unique set of requirements for its future POS system. Their needs included a system that could handle promotions, cashiering, time and attendance, carton receiving, and ASN receipts, in addition to supporting in-store events and activities.
BRP conducted interviews with key executives, leading to the creation of an RFP that covered their unique business and system requirements. They then evaluated vendors and their solutions, including reviews of their functionality and the total cost of ownership of their solutions.
With BRP’s help throughout the evaluation and selection process, the retailer succeeded in finding a POS system—and the vendor that would support it—that would meet its unique set of requirements. It would also support future growth and allow for enhancements down the road.
