POS Requirements and Selection
With its extensive network of Agro Centres, food stores, convenience stores, and Home Centres, this co-operative federation had a unique set of needs for POS. Beyond the mix of retail concepts, this group also runs a profit-sharing program based in part on annual purchases.
BRP worked with key team members to establish requirements for the new POS system, then began the selection process with a detailed RFP. After evaluating the responses and managing vendor demos, BRP recommended the ideal solution.
With the go-forward solution identified, this group could then move toward implementation. BRP helped them create a conference room pilot to validate the system configuration and integration needs, and to plan for a successful implementation.
