This handbag and luggage retailer wanted to revise its strategy for selling its fashions through its own stores in addition to its existing network of thousands of retailers and its online store. Executives believed that expanding the brand by adding full-priced locations would support their vision.
BRP assisted the retailer by assessing options and understanding the executives’ goals, objectives, and expectations for the brand. Planning included a variety of retail concepts and timelines for growth. BRP also established implementation strategies that could be used if the retailer ever pursued a full-scale retail channel.
With BRP’s help, the vision of establishing full-priced stores could be pursued with a full understanding of the systems and processes required. The goal was to complement online sales and further the brand without disrupting the significant business already thriving via partner retailers.
