With 1,200 locations, this automotive replacement tire marketer needed to succeed in selecting and implementing new ERP and POS systems. They already had one failed POS implementation behind them, and they wanted to make sure that the vendors on their short list would lead to success this time around.
BRP developed a detailed business case and corresponding systems architecture for the retailer, leveraging common services while still enabling data and processes specific to their various brands. They managed the selection process for an enterprise-wide item and price management system, as well as POS, adding process improvements to the mix.
The new systems would save the client a million dollars in consolidated operations alone, with another $1.5 million annually from redesigning the telecom network. Their new systems would allow them to operate with greater efficiency at the enterprise level while offering superior customer service with all of their brands.
