Store Systems Selection and Implementation
This large fabric and craft retailer needed to update their store systems to meet new business requirements, including sales audit. They decided to take advantage of the upgrade by boosting the flexibility of their promotions management system, enhancing customer service functionality, and adding in-store peripherals such as signature capture.
BRP worked with management to establish system requirements, focusing on solutions that would combine the ideal mix of functionality with vendor availability and total cost of ownership. BRP then managed the selection and implementation of all necessary hardware and software for the project.
By helping to identify, integrate, and implement a range of key solutions and conducting training throughout the chain, BRP enabled the retailer to provide an enhanced employee and customer experience within its stores. New sales audit and signature capture capabilities added to the systems portfolio as well.
