As part of a major acquisition, this retailer required an intelligent approach to systems consolidation. They were running multiple POS and merchandising systems with significant overlap. The retailer needed help strategizing and implementing its new, cloud-based approach.

The strategy would focus on finding and implementing a single cloud solution for POS and merchandise management that could still serve each brand individually. They managed the entire selection, implementation, and change management process for the client.
BRP’s work allowed the retailer to develop a common chart of accounts and a common merchandise hierarchy across all divisions while completely consolidating the IT, Finance, and Merchandising organizations. By unifying the applications portfolio in the cloud, BRP empowered them with greater flexibility for managing their entire operation.
