With over 500 stores worldwide, this national chain of cosmetics stores needed to upgrade its POS system in order to keep up with expected growth and to meet future customer service needs. The future store systems would need to include cashiering, inventory management, CRM, sales audit, loss prevention, and labor scheduling.
BRP began by understanding the retailer’s vision for its new POS system and how they wanted it to support their future business. From this, they developed an RFP and managed the entire process of establishing detailed requirements and thoroughly evaluating and vetting suitable vendor solutions.
