Systems, Process, and Location Optimization
This large service organization wanted to introduce better technology and processes into its mix of stores, service facilities, and recreational centers. As they planned to add new Super Stores, they also needed help improving their merchandising, operations, and the ability to select ideal locations.
BRP began work by analyzing the business model and cash flow in order to validate the plans for opening new Super Stores. They provided models for optimizing store sizes, new locations, and product assortment. In addition, BRP recommended new ERP and merchandising systems requirements.
After working with BRP, the organization had a clear vision and roadmap for accomplishing its goals, including the opening of the first new Super Store in the DC area. The organization now had the organizational tools to pursue its plans for new systems and processes and several new locations going forward.
