Unified Commerce Transformation
The executives at a large cosmetics company realized that they needed to push toward a unified commerce capability. But they needed to look far beyond replacing their limited POS system; they had to pursue a transformational strategy that would help them engage with their worldwide customer community.
BRP evaluated the retailer’s complex mix of systems and business needs, from customer engagement to workforce management to corporate purchasing policies. They integrated clienteling with campaign management and expanded cross-channel visibility across brands for wholesale and retail, providing overall project management for selection and implementation.
Essentially, BRP helped the client transform itself from a company that was struggling with basic POS functionality to one that was moving steadily toward a complete unified commerce infrastructure, implementing key systems including POS, OMS, workforce management, and clienteling, allowing as-needed visibility by brand and globally.
